We in this tumultuous modern world can all look upon Martin Luther King Jr. as a contemporary role model of what a Christian conscience looks like in action as it engages the challenges of our modern time. In him we can visible see the range of things that a Christian conscience would do and would not do. We see the expectation standard to which a Christian conscience should be held to. And our challenges, circa 2009 , are even more complex than what Martin had to experience. But the principles and guidance remains there.

This guidance comes from his character; the character he manifested in the world we saw him in, the character we imagined and projected that would be there.

If asked “ Do you see Martin as having one human-rights-abuse bone in his body?” Your answer wound be an immediate “No!” We just cannot conceive of a Martin involved in any sort of human rights abuse for any reason. This would just not be consistent with the character of the man we knew. Could we conceive of Martin getting involved in any under-handed CIA/KGB-like dirty tricks just to advanced the cause he was so passionately fighting for?

Could we see him arranging to say harass and goad some poor white of his time just so that he could get a “photo-op” ? The answer again would be “No!” Such was the integrity of character, the Christian integrity of character we perceived in him. And after how many tens of decades for such dirty–tricks examples we have watched reinforced in our movies, our sit-coms, our politics our secret-services, our every day lives, boardroom and others, how many can still hold to that standard as we knew was in Martin?

As with Jesus, Martin’s guide in this world, how many of us could possible see a Martin applying a litmus test as to whose rights he would champion and defend?

“No, only Blacks or people of this particular denomination, or this particular point of belief or these particular socio-economic group I will defend as to their full human rights!”

No. We cannot conceive of such a Martin. In fact the Martin we knew defended the rights of Appalachian poor whites, some of the same who in their error would discriminate against Blacks. He did the same for Native Indians and others so victimized and oppressed; as would the guide he followed, and that was the Martin we knew.

Then comes these days, these Times of Days….. days that would see innocent private citizens being victimized by extra-legal, extra-constitutional directed energy technology and ‘programs”, how would you project the Martin we knew would react to such events? The same pattern of reaction he manifested before.

He would be giving a resounding “ No! This is wrong! The conscience given to me by my Master, Leader and Guide will not allow me to acquiesce to such effrontery not even for one second. He gave of Himself precisely so that we would never ever have to do this again. Much less do it in His name or for His name!!” A resounding no.

And there are clear thinking Pastors out there still say in the exact same things as would a Martin. “Be there “signs” or be there not “signs” they say, “We are going to remain on the correct side of those signs, as our Master would want us to. Those standards are not going to change because we think “ Theses are the Days”.”

Many have deduced as to how a Satellite-based system could work. We have pieced together what we think is a global satellite system used for mind assault attacks, violations of person and privacy, and attacks on our nervous system. I emphasis, this is an envisioned system. We have scant hard evidence, but we know it is in place, for we experience it 24/7/365.

But once we have what we think is a feasible practical model, we will know where to look for the evidence. 1) The Synopsis

This is the global System under the ownership? and control of the NWO Core Group. It is central to their Tavistock(-like) social conditioning and social manipulation program, amongst other things. The Iridium satellite constellation is a system of 66 activecommunication satellites with spares in orbit and on the ground. Itallows worldwide voice and data communications using handheld devices.The Iridium network is unique in that it covers the whole earth,including poles, oceans and airways] Hence the envisioned system wouldnot be sci-fi stuff.

OPERATION:

What I am talking about is kind of like radar. The orbiting phased array sends out a signal, then picks up and sorts out the return signaland then determine that what they have is a human target. The same"radar beam" ( it is GHZ or terahertz so it is not actually radar) firesneurons, probes your mind etc to determine exactly WHO the target is anddoes the mind assault activity, (v2K, pain-center ,image-to-consciousness ITC etc.)

Let us assume they have the signal on a target. So signals are beingdirected from the satellite to the targets. [ Since it is phased array they can track thousands of targets simultaneously. One pencil thin beam per target. Now , the original technology, upon which I am envision this to be based, was designed to track hundreds of incoming warheads each traveling at about 22,000 mph.. So tracking thousands of human who can travel no more than 650 mph as when flying in a commercial airline, is a comparative piece of cake!]

These signals hit the ( a) target interact with the issue cells etc. ofthe target, and then the frequencies and amplitudes that constitute theincoming signals are altered. This altered incoming signal now becomesthe outgoing signal to be detected by the SQUID detectors on the satellite.

From the rapid computer processing and comparison of sent signal toreceived signal, it can be deduces which tissue are we examining herewhich neurons are we examining here.So they ( or the ground based computer) says:

STUTTGART, Germany U.S. troops took part in a missile defense exercise in Israel last week that for the first time incorporated a U.S.-owned radar system deployed to the country in October.

About 100 Europe-based troops continue to operate the X-Band radar, which is intended to give Israel early warning in the event of a missile launch from Iran .

While its not a permanent assignment for U.S. troops, as long as the radar is in use, U.S. personnel will be there to operate it, U.S. European Command said.

"The actual length of time has not been determined," EUCOM said in a statement. "The U.S. and Israel will continue to monitor the security environment in the region and will base any decisions on radar deployment on a thorough analysis of Israelï¿½s missile defense requirements. We are focused on the mission, not the calendar."

Initially, 120 EUCOM personnel were dispatched in September to set up the Army/Navy Transportable Radar Surveillance system, which was made available at the request of Israelïs government.

A mix of troops and Defense Department contractors manage the day-to-day operation of the radar, which is situated at Nevatim air base in the Negev Desert .
According to the military, the radar is purely defensive and useful against medium- and long-range ballistic missile attacks.

Last Monday, Israel conducted a test of an upgraded version of the Arrow anti-missile system that involved shooting down a rocket that simulated Iranïans Shihab missile. The rocket was shot down off Israelïs coastline. This was the first Israeli test to include the U.S. radar.

"The radar is considered to be one of the most powerful defensive systems available and its performance and the performance of everyone on the U.S. and Israel team are doing exceptionally well in promoting regional security and providing a useful deterrent to any attack," EUCOM stated.

The system is reportedly capable of tracking a baseball-size object from a distance of 2,900 miles.

It is expected to enable Israel to more rapidly activate its missile-defense system in the event of an attack.

The technology I speak [see other posts] of that used to track incoming warheads has been publicly stated to be able to track a golf-ball over Seattle staying in Washington DC. That is 2470 miles. Assume the satellites are 120 miles up 2470/120 = 20.6 on a calculator. A golf ball has a diameter of 4.26 cm 42.6 mm.

Move the gulf ball to only 120 miles away you would expect the technology to "see" an even lateral distance even smaller than a golf ball..

So at 120 miles what lateral measurement will give that same ratio of 20.6/42.6/20.6 = 2.1 mm

golf ball/ 2,1mm = 20.6 the same 20.6

Then since we are using radiation of very small wavelength1/millionth of a meter divide this by a factor of 10 -100 say. So we geta distance of .02 mm. The average neuron is about .1mm.

So some roughcalculations gives that the stated technology has the resolution to pick out neurons from 120 miles up ! Much less people.

That is how good the technology is.

But what we need some techies in the underground, making detectors just as in WWII there had to be an underground to prevent tyranny from prevailing.

President Bush said yesterday that he senses a "Third Awakening" of religious devotion in the United States that has coincided with the nation's struggle with international terrorists, a war that he depicted as "a confrontation between good and evil." "There was a stark change between the culture of the '50s and the '60s -- boom -- and I think there's change happening here," he added. "It seems to me that there's a Third Awakening."
The First Great Awakening refers to a wave of Christian fervor in the American colonies from about 1730 to 1760, while the Second Great Awakening is generally believed to have occurred from 1800 to 1830.

I seriously doubt that Bush had ever heard of the first two "Great Awakenings" until a briefer handed him his talking points before the meeting, but still the implications of this story are disturbing. Because it confirms, yet again, the bizarre and dangerous notion that is clearly central to his understanding of 9/11. Bush believes that it was God's will, God's way to bestir His people and wake them up from the complacency that had let sin and secularism run loose in the land. That's the undeniable implication of his remarks to those assembled "conservative journalists," – and that's exactly how those True Believers will interpret those words. And why not? It's been obvious from the beginning that Bush believes the wholesale slaughter of almost 3,000 Americans and other nationals on September 11 was an act of God – what's more, an act of God performed specifically for him, so that he could exploit the tragedy to re-make the world according to the long-held militarist plan of his handlers. Even while the Twin Towers were still smoldering with the toxic fumes that Bush's EPA deliberately downplayed (sending an untold number of rescuers and restoration workers to their deaths or to lifetimes of disease and suffering), Bush was barking out his cynical and callous view of the attack: "Through my tears, I see opportunity." Bush has repeated this line -- almost certainly scripted for him by his speechwriters, probably the ever-sanctimonious Michael Gerson (now a new columnist for the Washington Post) – like a mantra for years. It was, from the earliest post-attack days, his central understanding of what had happened. Over and over, like a clanging bell – or the hypnotic ticking of a metronome – he made the connection: "9/11–Opportunity, 9/11–Opportunity, 9/11–Opportunity." An opportunity for what? This too was made clear: war. Endless war. Again, early on, Bush let drop a remark whose profound importance went almost unnoticed, although it clearly signaled everything that was to come afterward – and is still yet to come: "There's no telling how many wars it will take to secure freedom in the homeland." This statement was made at a fundraising speech on Aug. 5, 2002. And now we know why Bush and his cronies need an uncountable number of wars ("no telling how many"): because war is the basis of their "unitary executive theory," which holds that the President cannot be restricted by Congress, the courts or any law whatsoever in his function as Commander-in-Chief in wartime. This radical, perverted doctrine is the rotted heart of the entire Bushist enterprise. And, as we've noted here before (drawing on the indefatigable labors of Glenn Greenwald), the U.S. Senate is now poised to accept this doctrine as the new basis of the American state. This week, as Greenwald reports, they have moved even closer to this dread and draconian step. But all of this is God's will, Bush believes. Gerson, that cross-gartered Malvolio, tells the story of how he unctuously told Bush that God had wanted him in the White House at such a crucial moment in the life of the nation. Bush, Gerson tells us, nodded sagely and said: "He wants us all here, Gerson." The sycophantic speechwriter tells this story as an example of Bush's great generosity of spirit: he had even included his lowly scribe in the divine mission God had given him! Bush's divine appointment is a theme continually sounded by his underlings. Who can forget the stirring declaration of General Jerry Boykin, who after 9/11 toured churches around the country calling for "Christian warriors" to rise up against the Satanic god of Islam? Sidney Blumenthal recounted Boykin's tale last year in the Guardian:

At that moment [October 2003, when stories about Boykin first broke], he was at the heart of a secret operation to "Gitmoize" the Abu Ghraib prison. He had flown to Guantánamo, where he met Major General Geoffrey Miller, in charge of Camp X-Ray. Boykin ordered Miller to fly to Iran and extend X-Ray methods to the prison system there, on Rumsfeld's orders. Just before Boykin was put in charge of the hunt for Osama bin Laden and then inserted into Iraqi prison reform, he was a circuit rider for the religious right. He allied himself with a small group called the Faith Force Multiplier that advocates applying military principles to evangelism. Its manifesto - Warrior Message - summons "warriors in this spiritual war for souls of this nation and the world ... " There can be little doubt that he envisages the global war on terror as a crusade. With the Geneva conventions apparently suspended, international law is supplanted by biblical law. Boykin is in God's chain of command. President Bush, he told an Oregon congregation last June, is "a man who prays in the Oval Office". And the president, too, is on a divine mission. "George Bush was not elected by a majority of the voters in the US," [Boykin said.] "He was appointed by God."

And as Barry Lando noted on Salon.com:
....NBC News , and the following day the L.A. Times, reported certain ear-catching declarations by Army Lt. General William G. "Jerry" Boykin. Dressed in his full-dress Army uniform, Boykin told an Oregon religious group in June: "Satan wants to destroy this nation, he wants to destroy us as a nation, and he wants to destroy us as a Christian army." In another speech, according to L.A. Times military analyst William Arkin , Boykin showed slides of Osama bin Laden, Saddam Hussein and North Korea's Kim Jong Il, and asked, "Why do they hate us? The answer is because we're a Christian nation. We are hated because we are a nation of believers." Our "spiritual enemy," he went on, "will only be defeated if we come against them in the name of Jesus."

Boykin is now Deputy Undersecretary of Defense for Intelligence: one of the leading players in the "War on Terror." Proclaim your belief in Bush's divine mission, and you too can be elevated to the inner circle of God's world-shaking warriors. The evidence for Bush's sense of divine appointment is extensive, but let's conclude with one last story, the infamous meeting with Sharon and Abbas in June 2003. As I noted in a Moscow Times column that month:
The Israeli newspaper Haaretz was given detailed minutes of a negotiating session between Palestinian Prime Minister Mahmoud Abbas and faction leaders from Hamas and other militant groups. Abbas, who was trying to persuade the groups to call a ceasefire in their uprising against Israeli forces, described for them his recent summit with Ariel Sharon and George W. Bush. During the tense talks at the summit, Bush sought to underscore the kind of authority he could bring to efforts at achieving peace in the Middle East. While thundering that there could be "no deals with terror groups," Bush sought to assure the rattled Palestinians that he also had the ability to wring concessions from Sharon. And what was the source of this wonder-working power? It was not, as you might think, the ungodly size of the U.S. military or the gargantuan amount of money and arms America pours into Israel year after year. No, Bush said he derived his moral heft from the Almighty Himself. What's more, the Lord had proven his devotion to the Crawford Crusader by crowning his military efforts with success. In fact, he told Abbas, God was holding the door open for Middle East peace right now – but they would have to move fast, because soon the Creator and Sustainer of the Universe would have to give His attention to something far more important: the election of His little sunbeam, Georgie, in 2004. Here are Bush's words, as quoted by Abbas in Haaretz: "God told me to strike at al Qaeda and I struck them, and then He instructed me to strike at Saddam, which I did, and now I am determined to solve the problem in the Middle East. If you help me, I will act, and if not, the
elections will come and I will have to focus on them."

So the fact that the Oval Office dullard would not know what the "Great Awakening" was if Jonathan Edwards came up and slapped him across the face with a Bible does not diminish the a larming nature of Bush's Messianic pretensions. Neither does the fact that he uses these pretensions cynically and shamelessly to motivate a religious "base" that has been deliberately cultivated by the corporate elite to serve its own decidedly secular lusts for money and power. It is entirely possible to be a knowing hypocrite and a fanatic ideologue at the same time; indeed, it is often a prime requirement for national leadership. (See, for example, the history of the Soviet Union for innumerable instances of this trait.) And it is entirely possible for a fatuous, overgrown frat boy to plunge the nation and the world into a literal hell of death and ruin by viewing reality through the lens of his self-inflated ignorance – and shaping his reactions and policies accordingly. ***

They use the technology, run schemes, Jesus would not approve of, for the above religio-political objectives. Jesus set no such example, of deceit, manipulations dishonorableness, skullduggery, disrespect for other, much less Mengele-type activities in His Ministry to achieve His objectives. Neither did any of the Apostles. Yet these people shamelessly do these activities with the technology.

In His demonstrated Ministry Jesus did nothing without the volitional consent of those involved. Jesus’ activities were consistent with Human Rights

Jesus’ activities harmonizes beautifully with that universal highpoint in our global civilization, the International Convention on Civil and Political Rights [Human Rights], crafted by so many Christians and others.

That Convention represents an agreed standard of civilized behaviours we expect of each other and especially so of governments. The example was already set for them.

Jesus, knowing raw human nature so intimately, knew from way back when, that many claiming to be in this name, would be abusers just as any other group. So he gave parables and stories designed to help prevent exactly that. The story of the Good Samaritan… Jesus’ encounter with the Roman solder at the time of His arrest. If you have the heart of a good Samaritan, you just are not going to abuse innocent human beings!! You have a heart that can apply fair, ethical, moral justice to virtually any situation.

As to the Muslims and others, there is surah 2, 256 reads: "There is no compulsion in religion". The principle is clear, no matter the technology.

And the Jews are quick to point out that “Do unto others …” was also a saying of one of their Rabbi.,

No one has an excuse for this.

Let me be very clear, my point is what politicians etc. are doing.

The thrust of my point is that since Bush 41, politicians and their band of Conspirators have been using religion surrounding Jesus for these own self-serving and self-fulfilling agendas, and even those who are sincere or think that they are sincere, are not filled with that "Christ-Mind" or "Christ Heart" , that deep understanding and internal assimilation of what Christ was teaching, that would automatically prevent them from doing the atrocious dishonorable things they are presently doing.

That's my point. And virtually identical with these supporters are what Pat Buchanan calls the Armageddonites.

More than five years after President Bush created the Office of Faith-Based Initiatives, the former second-in-command of that office is going public with an insider’s tell-all account that portrays an office used almost exclusively to win political points with both evangelical Christians and traditionally Democratic minorities.

The office’s primary mission, providing financial support to charities that serve the poor, never got the presidential support it needed to succeed, according to the book.
Entitled “Tempting Faith,” the book is not scheduled for release until Oct. 16, but MSNBC’s “Countdown with Keith Olbermann” has obtained a copy.
“Tempting Faith’s” author is David Kuo, who served as special assistant to the president from 2001 to 2003. A self-described conservative Christian, Kuo’s previous experience includes work for prominent conservatives including former Education Secretary and federal drug czar Bill Bennett and former Attorney General John Ashcroft.
Kuo, who has complained publicly in the past about the funding shortfalls, goes several steps further in his new book.

He says some of the nation’s most prominent evangelical leaders were known in the office of presidential political strategist Karl Rove as “the nuts.”

“National Christian leaders received hugs and smiles in person and then were dismissed behind their backs and described as ‘ridiculous,’ ‘out of control,’ and just plain ‘goofy,’” Kuo writes.
More seriously, Kuo alleges that then-White House political affairs director Ken Mehlman knowingly participated in a scheme to use the office, and taxpayer funds, to mount ostensibly “nonpartisan” events that were, in reality, designed with the intent of mobilizing religious voters in 20 targeted races.

Nineteen out of the 20 targeted races were won by Republicans, Kuo reports. The outreach was so extensive and so powerful in motivating not just conservative evangelicals, but also traditionally Democratic minorities, that Kuo attributes Bush’s 2004 Ohio victory “at least partially … to the conferences we had launched two years before.”

With the exception of one reporter from the Washington Post, Kuo says the media were oblivious to the political nature and impact of his office’s events, in part because so much of the debate centered on issues of separation of church and state.

In fact, the Bush administration often promoted the faith-based agenda by claiming that existing government regulations were too restrictive on religious organizations seeking to serve the public.

Substantiating that claim proved difficult, Kuo says. “Finding these examples became a huge priority.… If President Bush was making the world a better place for faith-based groups, we had to show it was really a bad place to begin with. But, in fact, it wasn’t that bad at all.”
In fact, when Bush asks Kuo how much money was being spent on “compassion” social programs, Kuo claims he discovered the amount was $20 million a year less than during the Clinton Administration.

The money that was appropriated and disbursed, however, often served a political agenda, Kuo claims, with organizations friendly to the administration often winning grants.
More pointedly, Kuo quotes an unnamed member of the review panel charged with rating grant applications as saying she stopped looking at applications from “those non-Christian groups,” as did many of her colleagues.

“Tempting Faith” contains several other controversial claims about Kuo’s office, the Bush White House and even the 1994 Republican revolution in Congress.

Let me add clear clarity:
IF they , the Administrations and their cohorts, are simulating, stimulating, engineering these real events in the Middle East and elsewhere, to serve the agendas of the “Secret Societies, groups, affiliations whatever, then this is obviously most wrong.

If they are in earnest and doing so for “evangelizing Third Awakening Purposes” then this too is wrong. The correct “internalization” should have prevented them from doing such snake-oil., Ends-justify-the-means tactics and activities.

If they are in earnest and doing so for both “Third Awakening” causes and engineering their view on the Bible, then are again wrong as supported by the Jerusalem Declaration on Christian Zionism .

We are approaching the point where it doesn’t matter if they are in earnest or not. Having started on that slope, the human dynamics and passions will quickly take things out of their control, or out of whatever control they thought they had, as events in Lebanon, Iraq, and the Iranian Khomeini Regime British Petroleum engineered to install, or the Hamas Israel’s Begin helped to created, as these events have proven.

The way out of this mess? It is going to be complicated. It is going to involve de-nuclearizing Iran and the region, a quick just peace with the Palestinians, getting the region back under the International Convention of Human Rights as an agreed standard for civilized people; getting back to the focus of human social and economic development, with spiritual growth and expression, taking place within the context of that Convention, as was the global tendency, since the devastations of WW11.

It is going to involved getting decision-making persons, who genuinely understand, respect and are humanly connected to others ; people who can in good faith have no difficulty acting in the best interest others as fellow human being, to clean up the mess these other shortsighted binary, whatever.. have created.

At first reading, the title and mission of your website looks promising. But do you do stories on the present role of neuron interfering technologies and their usage? These have become so central in present ‘world activities” that to not include them is not intellectual honesty.

We really need greater intellectual honesty ESPECIALLY in the non-mainstream alternative press.

Many organization KNOW about this technology but for whatever reason chose to pretend that it does not exist. This is not intellectual integrity.

It has been my experience that there are at least three reasons for this avoidance.

a) Personal affiliations
Example: Many people knew in advance of the recent Israeli invasion of Lebanon. They were briefed on it and chose to say nothing till well after the fact. And this is not the only affiliation I speak of.

b) Misguided religio-political reasons

" There can be little doubt that he envisages the global war on terror as a crusade. With the Geneva conventions apparently suspended, international law is supplanted by biblical law. Boykin is in God's chain of command. President Bush, he told an Oregon congregation last June, is "a man who prays in the Oval Office". And the president, too, is on a divine mission. "George Bush was not elected by a majority of the voters in the US," [Boykin said.] "He was appointed by God."
And as Barry Lando noted on Salon.com:
....NBC News , and the following day the L.A. Times, reported certain ear-catching declarations by Army Lt. General William G. "Jerry" Boykin. Dressed in his full-dress Army uniform, Boykin told an Oregon religious group in June: "Satan wants to destroy this nation, he wants to destroy us as a nation, and he wants to destroy us as a Christian army." In another speech, according to L.A. Times military analyst William Arkin , Boykin showed slides of Osama bin Laden, Saddam Hussein and North Korea's Kim Jong Il, and asked, "Why do they hate us? The answer is because we're a Christian nation. We are hated because we are a nation of believers." Our "spiritual enemy," he went on, "will only be defeated if we come against them in the name of Jesus."
Boykin is now Deputy Undersecretary of Defense for Intelligence: one of the leading players in the "War on Terror." Proclaim your belief in Bush's divine mission, and you too can be elevated to the inner circle of God's world-shaking warriors. The evidence for Bush's sense of divine appointment is extensive, but let's conclude with one last story, the infamous meeting with Sharon and Abbas in June 2003. As I noted in a Moscow Times column that month:
The Israeli newspaper Haaretz was given detailed minutes of a negotiating session between Palestinian Prime Minister Mahmoud Abbas and faction leaders from Hamas and other militant groups. Abbas, who was trying to persuade the groups to call a ceasefire in their uprising against Israeli forces, described for them his recent summit with Ariel Sharon and George W. Bush. During the tense talks at the summit, Bush sought to underscore the kind of authority he could bring to efforts at achieving peace in the Middle East. While thundering that there could be "no deals with terror groups," Bush sought to assure the rattled Palestinians that he also had the ability to wring concessions from Sharon. And what was the source of this wonder-working power? It was not, as you might think, the ungodly size of the U.S. military or the gargantuan amount of money and arms America pours into Israel year after year. No, Bush said he derived his moral heft from the Almighty Himself. What's more, the Lord had proven his devotion to the Crawford Crusader by crowning his military efforts with success. In fact, he told Abbas, God was holding the door open for Middle East peace right now – but they would have to move fast, because soon the Creator and Sustainer of the Universe would have to give His attention to something far more important: the election of His little sunbeam, Georgie, in 2004. Here are Bush's words, as quoted by Abbas in Haaretz: "God told me to strike at al Qaeda and I struck them, and then He instructed me to strike at Saddam, which I did, and now I am determined to solve the problem in the Middle East. If you help me, I will act, and if not, the
elections will come and I will have to focus on them."
So the fact that the Oval Office dullard would not know what the "Great Awakening" was if Jonathan Edwards came up and slapped him across the face with a Bible does not diminish the a larming nature of Bush's Messianic pretensions. Neither does the fact that he uses these pretensions cynically and shamelessly to motivate a religious "base" that has been deliberately cultivated by the corporate elite to serve its own decidedly secular lusts for money and power. It is entirely possible to be a knowing hypocrite and a fanatic ideologue at the same time; indeed, it is often a prime requirement for national leadership. (See, for example, the history of the Soviet Union for innumerable instances of this trait.) And it is entirely possible for a fatuous, overgrown frat boy to plunge the nation and the world into a literal hell of death and ruin by viewing reality through the lens of his self-inflated ignorance – and shaping his reactions and policies accordingly. ***

They use the technology, run schemes, Jesus would not approve of, for the above religio-political objectives. Jesus set no such example, of deceit, manipulations dishonorableness, skullduggery, disrespect for other, much less Mengele-type activities in His Ministry to achieve His objectives. Neither did any of the Apostles. Yet these people shamelessly do these activities with the technology.
They smack more of Fascist than anything else. The positive wholesome example was already set for them.

In His demonstrated Ministry Jesus did nothing without the volitional consent of those involved. Jesus’ activities were consistent with Human Rights

Jesus’ activities harmonizes beautifully with that universal highpoint in our global civilization, the International Convention on Civil and Political Rights [Human Rights], crafted by so many Christians and others.
That Convention represents an agreed standard of civilized behaviours we expect of each other and especially so of governments. The example was already set for them.
Jesus, knowing raw human nature so intimately, knew from way back when, that many claiming to be in this name, would be abusers just as any other group. So he gave parables and stories designed to help prevent exactly that. The story of the Good Samaritan… Jesus’ encounter with the Roman solder at the time of His arrest. If you have the heart of a good Samaritan, you just are not going to abuse innocent human beings!! You have a heart that can apply fair, ethical, moral justice to virtually any situation.

As to the Muslims and others, there is surah 2, 256 reads: "There is no compulsion in religion". The principle is clear, no matter the technology.

And the Jews are quick to point out that “Do unto others …” was also a saying of one of their Rabbi.,

No one has an excuse for this.

Let me be very clear, my point is what politicians etc. are doing.
The thrust of my point is that since Bush 41, politicians and their band of Conspirators have been using religion surrounding Jesus for these own self-serving and self-fulfilling agendas, and even those who are sincere or think that they are sincere, are not filled with that "Christ-Mind" or "Christ Heart" , that deep understanding and internal assimilation of what Christ was teaching, that would automatically prevent them from doing the atrocious dishonorable things they are presently doing.

More than five years after President Bush created the Office of Faith-Based Initiatives, the former second-in-command of that office is going public with an insider’s tell-all account that portrays an office used almost exclusively to win political points with both evangelical Christians and traditionally Democratic minorities.
The office’s primary mission, providing financial support to charities that serve the poor, never got the presidential support it needed to succeed, according to the book.
Entitled “Tempting Faith,” the book is not scheduled for release until Oct. 16, but MSNBC’s “Countdown with Keith Olbermann” has obtained a copy.
“Tempting Faith’s” author is David Kuo, who served as special assistant to the president from 2001 to 2003. A self-described conservative Christian, Kuo’s previous experience includes work for prominent conservatives including former Education Secretary and federal drug czar Bill Bennett and former Attorney General John Ashcroft.
Kuo, who has complained publicly in the past about the funding shortfalls, goes several steps further in his new book.
He says some of the nation’s most prominent evangelical leaders were known in the office of presidential political strategist Karl Rove as “the nuts.”
“National Christian leaders received hugs and smiles in person and then were dismissed behind their backs and described as ‘ridiculous,’ ‘out of control,’ and just plain ‘goofy,’” Kuo writes.
More seriously, Kuo alleges that then-White House political affairs director Ken Mehlman knowingly participated in a scheme to use the office, and taxpayer funds, to mount ostensibly “nonpartisan” events that were, in reality, designed with the intent of mobilizing religious voters in 20 targeted races.
Nineteen out of the 20 targeted races were won by Republicans, Kuo reports. The outreach was so extensive and so powerful in motivating not just conservative evangelicals, but also traditionally Democratic minorities, that Kuo attributes Bush’s 2004 Ohio victory “at least partially … to the conferences we had launched two years before.”
With the exception of one reporter from the Washington Post, Kuo says the media were oblivious to the political nature and impact of his office’s events, in part because so much of the debate centered on issues of separation of church and state.
In fact, the Bush administration often promoted the faith-based agenda by claiming that existing government regulations were too restrictive on religious organizations seeking to serve the public.
Substantiating that claim proved difficult, Kuo says. “Finding these examples became a huge priority.… If President Bush was making the world a better place for faith-based groups, we had to show it was really a bad place to begin with. But, in fact, it wasn’t that bad at all.”
In fact, when Bush asks Kuo how much money was being spent on “compassion” social programs, Kuo claims he discovered the amount was $20 million a year less than during the Clinton Administration.
The money that was appropriated and disbursed, however, often served a political agenda, Kuo claims, with organizations friendly to the administration often winning grants.
More pointedly, Kuo quotes an unnamed member of the review panel charged with rating grant applications as saying she stopped looking at applications from “those non-Christian groups,” as did many of her colleagues.
“Tempting Faith” contains several other controversial claims about Kuo’s office, the Bush White House and even the 1994 Republican revolution in Congress.
Calls and e-mails to the White House have not been returned.

British Israel Uses Christian Fundamentalist Evangelicals to Promote the "Kingdom of God on Earth' Scheme to Deliver Up A One World Society-Both Feudal and Fascist
"British Israel" is a term used by the anonymous author of a book (ca. 1970) titled The Union Jack, to describe the manipulative efforts of elite British oligarchs to create a one world feudal society-controlled by British oligarchs of course-by first creating the state of Israel (the 1917 Balfour Declaration), and then using Christian fundamentalists to promote the idea that Christ will physically return to Earth and will rule a "Kingdom of God on Earth' for a thousand years (the 'Millennium') from His throne in -you guessed it-Jerusalem.
The only problem is, after those million upon millions of 'Christian' fundamentalists passively give up their constitutional liberties, their country's sovereignty, and their freedom in the mistaken belief that the Apocalypse/Armageddon and End Times scenario is an inevitable 'prophecy' from God that must take place before we can be delivered into the happy world of the New Millennium, they will finally discover that they've been delivered into a satanic, feudal slave society that will no longer tolerate any talk of Christ or Christianity- assuming they are still alive to enjoy the 'Kingdom of God on Earth'.
The frontline promoters and propagandists of the 'Kingdom of God on Earth' scenario include all the well known TV evangelical personalities like Pat Robertson, Billy Graham, Robert Shuller, Benny Hinn, Jack Van Impe, Jerry Falwell, Paul & Jan Crouch of Trinity Broadcasting , Jesse Duplantis, Kenneth Copeland, Rod Parsley, Fred Price, Kim Clement, John Hagee, and Kenneth Hagin among others, but their ranks are also swollen with lesser known evangelical, pro-Israel promoters who show up on UHF, cable TV, and radio stations every Sunday morning to pitch the soon-to-be-realized Great Tribulation and End Times "prophecies". A large percentage of these televangelist employ shouting, flamboyant movements, repeated phrases, and various histrionics to pump up the emotions of the audience in order to achieve a very specific technique of brainwashing called 'conversion'.
The Illuminated Ones play both sides of the Christianity card to manipulate the gullible into delusion. They either utilize pseudo-historians like Acharya S (The Christ Conspiracy, The Greatest Story Ever Sold) to sell the idea that Christ never even existed, or they use their opposite, the fundamentalist 'Kingdom of God on Earth' promoters, to sell the Apocalypse/Armageddon/End Times package. Either way, the naive and gullible lose. They either lose their spiritual foundation altogether and acquiesce to the humanistic or Masonic Gnosticism ploys, or they go whole hog into cheering for Armageddon and the End Times scenario to unfold so they can "get it over with" and race into the arms of 'Jesus' who will greet them from His golden throne in the newly rebuilt Temple in Jerusalem. These End Time 'prophecies' have no relationship whatsoever to the words or earthly mission of Jesus Christ. .
Sincere Christians need to recall an important statement that Christ made while on Earth. Christ said that " My Father's Kingdom is not of this world". Christ was specifically rejecting the notion being promoted by a dominant Jewish sect of the day known as Pharisees. The Pharisee priests had been predicting that a Messiah would come to earth and establish a "Kingdom of God' and rule from his throne in Jerusalem, after overthrowing the Roman oppressors who ruled Judea at the time. This is EXACTLY the same tale that the above named 'Christian' fundamentalist preachers are selling to multitudes of deceived people around the world. It's Pharisee-ism plain and simple! Once this realization sinks in-and you need to remember that it was the Pharisee priests who got Pontius Pilate to condemn Christ to death- you can then begin to remove the mist from your eyes and recognize these fundamentalist 'Christian' propagandists for what they are-- agents of the satanic British oligarchy.
Christ came to Earth to remind humanity that man is more than flesh; that man is spirit clothed within an outer vestment of flesh. Christ wanted to remind mankind that the virtues of love, honor, and forgiveness were the most important attributes to guide your daily life. Christ's example thoroughly rejected the materialism, corruption, and deception so plainly witnessed in the lives of the above named End Times propagandists. Honest Christians need to awaken and throw the satanic infiltrators within their midst (and in the pulpits) and return to embracing the true message of Christ.

1992 "Defense Planning Guidance"

In 1996 an Israeli think tank headed by Richard Pearle drafted "A Clean Break: A New Strategy for Securing the Realm". They outlined the plan to reshape the middle east. The first step is to be the removal of Saddam Hussein in Iraq. A war with Iraq will destabilize the entire Middle East, allowing governments in Syria, Iran, Lebanon, and other countries to be replaced.
In September of 2000 the Project for a New American Century (PNAC).published "Rebuilding America's Defenses: Strategy, Forces and Resources for a New Century" gave the details of how their plans are to be carried out. Some key points are:
* Reposition permanently based forces to Southern Europe, Southeast Asia and the Middle East;
* Modernize U.S. forces, including enhancing our fighter aircraft, submarine and surface fleet capabilities;
* Develop and deploy a global missile defense system, and develop a strategic dominance of space by employing spaced based weapons;
* Control the "International Commons" of cyberspace; (The internet)
* Increase defense spending to a minimum of 3.8 percent of gross domestic product, up from the 3 percent currently spent. (Dubya did increase defense spending to exactly 3.8% after he took office.)

The real question is what was Admiral Inman doing as chair of a committee in a private university overseeing all civilian unmanned exploration of the planet Mars without the knowledge of anyone at JPL?
In two years Admiral Bobby Ray Inman took over the space program, and in another year from now he will have succeeded in taking over the nuclear weapons program. When Newsweek called him "a superstar in the intelligence community", it was for good reason.

A Naval officer I interviewed later replied when I asked him if he knew Inman "…oh yeah… he's one of the players…".

into house arrest for an intended period of 22 years, after he had refused
to accommodate illegal demands by two US Presidents for funds held in

The false arrest, imprisonment and confinement of Leo Wanta, President
Reagan's specially selected international financial operative, was intended
to have lasted until 2015, beyond the maturity date for the original $27.5
trillion principal. The CIA lied to all and sundry that Leo Wanta was dead, -
thereby giving the green light to corrupt intelligence operatives and their
co-conspirator banks to assume that the funds were theirs to exploit and

on 27th July 2005 to a court in Wisconsin in settlement of illegally charged

DECISIVE POST-DEFAULT MEASURES NOW IN HAND TO RECALL THE $70+ TRILLION

In the afternoon of Tuesday 12th September 2006, a financial sector supporter of The Wanta Plan, which was the main topic of conversation behind the scenes at the G-8 Summit in St Petersburg back in July, telephoned the White House and was put through to the West Wing.

Three people were parties to the telephone call, which was recorded, and the West Wing official remains in place. This is what he told the caller:

'This Administration will not be pressured into doing anything until it's Goddam ready'.

'It will be done on our timeframe and when we're ready'.

Obviously God is nowhere to be seen in this White House. But Lucifer and damnation are clearly present. Being interpreted, this foul-mouthed, uncouth put-down, which has relevance for the entire international financial community, can be explained as follows:

• The fact that we have defaulted on our solemn and formal undertaking, signed off by the US Supreme Court, to implement the compromise settlement that we negotiated with Ambassador Leo Wanta*, is a matter of indifference to us. Okay, so we negotiated with him in bad faith. So what?

• Yes the White House did indeed characterise Wanta's operations on behalf of the United States against the Soviet Union as 'BRILLIANT'. But that was then. This is now.

• We are all in power to enrich ourselves, didn't you know? Self-enrichment is our goal, and we will NEVER be deflected from pursuing it. We bribe foreigners every day: they have the same goal.

• Okay, so we have destroyed the Full Faith and Credit of the United States. Who cares?

• We can do as we Goddam please. We aren't here to serve the people. The people are our servants. There is nothing anyone can do to stop us stealing all the money. Period.

• What's all this BS about the Rule of Law? We aren't here to uphold the law. We have put Alberto Gonzales in the Department of Justice to ensure that we can flout it indefinitely. He's doing a great job, fulfilling his brief. The President and the Treasury Secretary are delighted with him.

• Demagoguery is our privilege.

• We couldn't care less if you think there are two classes of US taxpayer. The Internal Revenue Service does what we say. That's why the IRS has hired outside auditors to review the affairs of the 1,200 richest US taxpayers. Yes, indeed: we are partially privatising the IRS, for our own benefit!

• As for the privileged class, consisting of friends of ours, that pays no tax on its off-balance sheet trading programme earnings, good luck to them!

• If we choose to do deals behind the backs of the American people with the United States' former Communist enemy, Vietnam, so that we can enrich ourselves further, that's our business. They're in it for the money, too. You naive idiots don't seem to 'get' that power is all about self-enrichment.

• Our high-falutin' rhetoric masks our underlying intention of doing at all times as we please, and if this means defaulting on our Goddam commitments, we couldn't care less.

• We have of course never responded to publicised accusations that we are in breach inter alia of The Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act, the Currency and Foreign Transactions Reporting Act, the Bank Secrecy Act, the Hobbs Act, the Securities Exchange Act, the Money-Laundering Control Act, the Anti-Drug Abuse Act, the Annunzio-Wylie Anti-Money Laundering Act, the Money-Laundering Suppression Act, the Terrorism Prevention Act, the old Maloney Act, the Economic Espionage Act and also the Title 18 Sections of the US Code that cover 'Imparting or Conveying False Information', 'Misprision of Felony' and 'Crimes, General Provisions: Accessory after the Fact' – because these accusations are all true. We can't dispute them. But we don't care.

• And since you say the Rule of Law has collapsed – a proposition with which we wholeheartedly agree – we have the upper hand and the American people can have no say in the matter. We will continue to break these laws as we Goddam see fit. Don't pressure us to meet our commitments.

CURRENT FACTS OF IMPORTANCE FOR THE INTERNATIONAL FINANCIAL COMMUNITY:

1. The pound sterling has appreciated sharply, as predicted in our last Posting, due to China switching from the US dollar to the British currency for oil payments purposes.

2. The Editor of International Currency Review has been informed again that legal measures and procedures are in hand, as previously stated in these reports, to call in the entire $70+ trillion of which Ambassador Leo Emil Wanta is the Trustor, from banks worldwide, since the US Treasury and the White House have defaulted on the compromise agreement with Leo Wanta. The nature of the measures that are being taken, which are at an advanced stage of implementation, are of course confidential and so cannot be reported in these updates.

3. On the assumption that, as originally planned, the 'win-win', above-board, taxable, transactions had started up with effect from 1st July 2006, and that the US Treasury would have earned around $200 billion of windfall taxes per banking day from that date forward, we calculate that the Treasury has so far deprived itself of on-the-books windfall taxes amounting to an estimated $10.6 trillion
(= 53 banking days @ $200 billion tax receipts per banking day).

4. The latest 'rumour' is that the President of the United States will fulfil his obligations to Wanta, of which Mr Bush is in glaring breach, when it is to his political advantage to do so. As was explained in the first reports in this series, it would have been massively to President G. W. Bush's advantage to have implemented the Wanta Plan from the get-go, as his legacy would be assured thereby and the immediate prospects for America would be transformed in the remaining period of his term.

But as matters stand, and given the egregious crimes that have knowingly been committed, his legacy is likely to be the chaos, mass slaughter and destabilisation associated with the botched military operations in Iraq and Afghanistan.

5. Having survived 14 years of illegal incarceration and the CIA lying that he was dead, and having been double-crossed by criminal fraudsters masquerading as officials at every turn, Ambassador Wanta is not surprised that the White House and the US Treasury are in default. This behaviour is entirely in line with the record and standard behaviour of these fraudsters.

Accordingly, the $70+ trillion stashed in foreign bank accounts which have been diverted, will be called; and since the expectations of compromised bankers that they would be let off the hook and would not go to jail, thanks to the very generous Wanta compromise, have been unilaterally dashed by the White House, the Treasury and the US Federal Reserve – the assets of which Leo E. Wanta is the Trustor will be indeed be repatriated. There is no alternative. This means that the institutions and all concerned will have to face the severe consequences that will progressively ensue. ENDS

THE OBJECTIVE OF GROWTH INTO ADULTHOOD

What is objective of growth into adulthood?

Is it to be the biggest, baddest fascist on the planet? The person with the most money, the most high-tech, the most influence, the most......,?

No it is not. On an individual growth basis, the objective of growth into (real) adulthood is to have an apposite ego structure. There are many paths but they all contain some basic ingredients.

For a quick snap-shot of what the term means think the compassionate, decent human relationships of the greats and the persons they were.

Think, say: Jesus, Ghandi, Buddaha, Martin Luther King, Jr, any of those religious leaders with those qualities.... Mohammed?

You may or may not speak of their divinity. Either way, all will get the same common denominator from them. All those who preached and practiced a basic " Do unto others..." Those are the greats.

Then to fill in the picture, think Maslow's self-actualizing characteristics as given by the psychologist Abraham Maslow.

But it takes a lot to produce such individuals from the raw human stock. You hardly ever see what it takes , but it takes a lot.

It takes proper family systems, proper peer and social environments and such cultures or socio-cultures. It takes role-models, it takes a good amount of the proper life experiences..... Communities rich in these, in values and experiences and structured to impart these; religions properly centered and in an individual rights context or some systematic structure for others. Most humans learn mainly through social exposure and context,..... Apprenticeships not even seen as such. It takes these.

A multibillion dollar trust fund is not necessary for growth into that objective, but of course there are those with such fortunes and that state of being.

Some will say it takes acts of divinity. Some will not bother to argue that point because it also takes all of the above. Take but one example. Closely analyze the family and social environment a Jesus, say came from.

That I say is the objective of growth into adulthood. Whether it is minimum or sufficient some will refuse to debate the point. Any which way you take it, BE of that state, be consistent and determined in the process of arriving at that state, and watch the quality of the change, the decisive improvement , in the world around us.

Let me round–off the picture some more. Another aspect to the apposite is that of rationality. Such individuals have deep intellectual integrity. They apply reason and purpose in all that they do, and are rounded enough, free enough inside , to not apply these in those few circumstances. But the tenor of their lives is that of reason and purpose.

The apposite means character; and all the virtues required of and for good character.

The apposite is a wholesome self-esteem with the emotional basis of this self-esteem usually formed thru a childhood/upbringing that is positive, nurturing, affirming of self and selfhood, a growth into adulthood of unconditional love.

A self-esteem not obtained at the expense of others or defined in terms of others or defined solely in terms of material achievements, and not taught to be so. If this emotional base was unfortunately not there, one can take oneself thru the paces to correct for the base one had.

The apposite is that well-balanced person connecting, and connecting well, to all aspects of life.

On the family systems that make all this more likely, see the works of psychologist John Bradshaw , and others like him.

Below are some of the Maslow’s Self-Actualizing Characteristics and these corresponds to those of the apposite. Here Maslow enumerates his observations, but he was not in possession of the other psychological developments in terms of family systems and the formation of self-image/self-concept we now have, as in the works of a John Bradshaw.

• a few close intimate friends rather than many surface relationships
• sense of humour directed at oneself or the human condition, rather than at
the expense of others [ Not “Dissing”, name calling]
• spontaneous and natural - true to oneself, rather than being how others want
• excited and interested in everything, even ordinary things
• creative, inventive and original
• seek peak experiences that leave a lasting impression.
• these qualities flow naturally, without effort from the individual

Abraham Maslow was born in New York in 1908 and died in 1970, although various publications appear in Maslow's name in later years. Maslow's PhD in psychology in 1934 at the University of Wisconsin formed the basis of his motivational research.

To derive his notion of self-actualization he looked at the kind of people he called self-actualizers using a qualitative method called biographical analysis.
Included in this august group were Abraham Lincoln, Thomas Jefferson, Albert Einstein, Eleanor Roosevelt, Jane Adams, William James, Albert Schweitzer, Benedict Spinoza, and Alduous Huxley, plus 12 unnamed people who were alive at the time Maslow did his research. He then looked at their biographies, writings, the acts and words of those he knew personally, and so on. From these sources, he developed a list of qualities that seemed characteristic of these people, as opposed to the great mass of us.

Recognizing that, in accordance with the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the ideal of free human beings enjoying civil and political freedom and freedom from fear and want can only be achieved if conditions are created whereby everyone may enjoy his civil and political rights, as well as his economic, social and cultural rights,

Considering the obligation of States under the Charter of the United Nations to promote universal respect for, and observance of, human rights and freedoms,

Realizing that the individual, having duties to other individuals and to the community to which he belongs, is under a responsibility to strive for the promotion and observance of the rights recognized in the present Covenant,

Agree upon the following articles:

PART I
Article 1 General comment on its implementation

1. All peoples have the right of self-determination. By virtue of that right they freely determine their political status and freely pursue their economic, social and cultural development.

2. All peoples may, for their own ends, freely dispose of their natural wealth and resources without prejudice to any obligations arising out of international economic co-operation, based upon the principle of mutual benefit, and international law. In no case may a people be deprived of its own means of subsistence.

3. The States Parties to the present Covenant, including those having responsibility for the administration of Non-Self-Governing and Trust Territories, shall promote the realization of the right of self-determination, and shall respect that right, in conformity with the provisions of the Charter of the United Nations.

PART II
Article 2 General comment on its implementation

1. Each State Party to the present Covenant undertakes to respect and to ensure to all individuals within its territory and subject to its jurisdiction the rights recognized in the present Covenant, without distinction of any kind, such as race, colour, sex, language, religion, political or other opinion, national or social origin, property, birth or other status.

2. Where not already provided for by existing legislative or other measures, each State Party to the present Covenant undertakes to take the necessary steps, in accordance with its constitutional processes and with the provisions of the present Covenant, to adopt such laws or other measures as may be necessary to give effect to the rights recognized in the present Covenant.

3. Each State Party to the present Covenant undertakes:

(a) To ensure that any person whose rights or freedoms as herein recognized are violated shall have an effective remedy, notwithstanding that the violation has been committed by persons acting in an official capacity;

(b) To ensure that any person claiming such a remedy shall have his right thereto determined by competent judicial, administrative or legislative authorities, or by any other competent authority provided for by the legal system of the State, and to develop the possibilities of judicial remedy;

(c) To ensure that the competent authorities shall enforce such remedies when granted.

Article 3 General comment on its implementation

The States Parties to the present Covenant undertake to ensure the equal right of men and women to the enjoyment of all civil and political rights set forth in the present Covenant. General comment on its implementation

Article 4 General comment on its implementation
1 . In time of public emergency which threatens the life of the nation and the existence of which is officially proclaimed, the States Parties to the present Covenant may take measures derogating from their obligations under the present Covenant to the extent strictly required by the exigencies of the situation, provided that such measures are not inconsistent with their other obligations under international law and do not involve discrimination solely on the ground of race, colour, sex, language, religion or social origin.

2. No derogation from articles 6, 7, 8 (paragraphs I and 2), 11, 15, 16 and 18 may be made under this provision.

3. Any State Party to the present Covenant availing itself of the right of derogation shall immediately inform the other States Parties to the present Covenant, through the intermediary of the Secretary-General of the United Nations, of the provisions from which it has derogated and of the reasons by which it was actuated. A further communication shall be made, through the same intermediary, on the date on which it terminates such derogation.General comment on its implementation

Article 5
1. Nothing in the present Covenant may be interpreted as implying for any State, group or person any right to engage in any activity or perform any act aimed at the destruction of any of the rights and freedoms recognized herein or at their limitation to a greater extent than is provided for in the present Covenant.

2. There shall be no restriction upon or derogation from any of the fundamental human rights recognized or existing in any State Party to the present Covenant pursuant to law, conventions, regulations or custom on the pretext that the present Covenant does not recognize such rights or that it recognizes them to a lesser extent.

PART III
Article 6 General comment on its implementation

1. Every human being has the inherent right to life. This right shall be protected by law. No one shall be arbitrarily deprived of his life.

2. In countries which have not abolished the death penalty, sentence of death may be imposed only for the most serious crimes in accordance with the law in force at the time of the commission of the crime and not contrary to the provisions of the present Covenant and to the Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide. This penalty can only be carried out pursuant to a final judgement rendered by a competent court.

3. When deprivation of life constitutes the crime of genocide, it is understood that nothing in this article shall authorize any State Party to the present Covenant to derogate in any way from any obligation assumed under the provisions of the Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide.

4. Anyone sentenced to death shall have the right to seek pardon or commutation of the sentence. Amnesty, pardon or commutation of the sentence of death may be granted in all cases.

5. Sentence of death shall not be imposed for crimes committed by persons below eighteen years of age and shall not be carried out on pregnant women.

6. Nothing in this article shall be invoked to delay or to prevent the abolition of capital punishment by any State Party to the present Covenant.

Article 7 General comment on its implementation

No one shall be subjected to torture or to cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment. In particular, no one shall be subjected without his free consent to medical or scientific experimentation.

Article 8

1. No one shall be held in slavery; slavery and the slave-trade in all their forms shall be prohibited.

2. No one shall be held in servitude.

3.

(a) No one shall be required to perform forced or compulsory labour;
(b) Paragraph 3 (a) shall not be held to preclude, in countries where imprisonment with hard labour may be imposed as a punishment for a crime, the performance of hard labour in pursuance of a sentence to such punishment by a competent court;

(c) For the purpose of this paragraph the term "forced or compulsory labour" shall not include:

(i) Any work or service, not referred to in subparagraph (b), normally required of a person who is under detention in consequence of a lawful order of a court, or of a person during conditional release from such detention;
(ii) Any service of a military character and, in countries where conscientious objection is recognized, any national service required by law of conscientious objectors;

(iii) Any service exacted in cases of emergency or calamity threatening the life or well-being of the community;

(iv) Any work or service which forms part of normal civil obligations.

Article 9 General comment on its implementation

1. Everyone has the right to liberty and security of person. No one shall be subjected to arbitrary arrest or detention. No one shall be deprived of his liberty except on such grounds and in accordance with such procedure as are established by law.
2. Anyone who is arrested shall be informed, at the time of arrest, of the reasons for his arrest and shall be promptly informed of any charges against him.

3. Anyone arrested or detained on a criminal charge shall be brought promptly before a judge or other officer authorized by law to exercise judicial power and shall be entitled to trial within a reasonable time or to release. It shall not be the general rule that persons awaiting trial shall be detained in custody, but release may be subject to guarantees to appear for trial, at any other stage of the judicial proceedings, and, should occasion arise, for execution of the judgement.

4. Anyone who is deprived of his liberty by arrest or detention shall be entitled to take proceedings before a court, in order that court may decide without delay on the lawfulness of his detention and order his release if the detention is not lawful.

5. Anyone who has been the victim of unlawful arrest or detention shall have an enforceable right to compensation.

Article 10 General comment on its implementation
1. All persons deprived of their liberty shall be treated with humanity and with respect for the inherent dignity of the human person.
2.

(a) Accused persons shall, save in exceptional circumstances, be segregated from convicted persons and shall be subject to separate treatment appropriate to their status as unconvicted persons;
(b) Accused juvenile persons shall be separated from adults and brought as speedily as possible for adjudication. 3. The penitentiary system shall comprise treatment of prisoners the essential aim of which shall be their reformation and social rehabilitation. Juvenile offenders shall be segregated from adults and be accorded treatment appropriate to their age and legal status.

Article 11
No one shall be imprisoned merely on the ground of inability to fulfil a contractual obligation.

Article 12 General comment on its implementation
1. Everyone lawfully within the territory of a State shall, within that territory, have the right to liberty of movement and freedom to choose his residence.
2. Everyone shall be free to leave any country, including his own.

3. The above-mentioned rights shall not be subject to any restrictions except those which are provided by law, are necessary to protect national security, public order (ordre public), public health or morals or the rights and freedoms of others, and are consistent with the other rights recognized in the present Covenant.

4. No one shall be arbitrarily deprived of the right to enter his own country.

Article 13
An alien lawfully in the territory of a State Party to the present Covenant may be expelled therefrom only in pursuance of a decision reached in accordance with law and shall, except where compelling reasons of national security otherwise require, be allowed to submit the reasons against his expulsion and to have his case reviewed by, and be represented for the purpose before, the competent authority or a person or persons especially designated by the competent authority.

Article 14 General comment on its implementation

1. All persons shall be equal before the courts and tribunals. In the determination of any criminal charge against him, or of his rights and obligations in a suit at law, everyone shall be entitled to a fair and public hearing by a competent, independent and impartial tribunal established by law. The press and the public may be excluded from all or part of a trial for reasons of morals, public order (ordre public) or national security in a democratic society, or when the interest of the private lives of the parties so requires, or to the extent strictly necessary in the opinion of the court in special circumstances where publicity would prejudice the interests of justice; but any judgement rendered in a criminal case or in a suit at law shall be made public except where the interest of juvenile persons otherwise requires or the proceedings concern matrimonial disputes or the guardianship of children.

2. Everyone charged with a criminal offence shall have the right to be presumed innocent until proved guilty according to law.

3. In the determination of any criminal charge against him, everyone shall be entitled to the following minimum guarantees, in full equality:

(a) To be informed promptly and in detail in a language which he understands of the nature and cause of the charge against him;
(b) To have adequate time and facilities for the preparation of his defence and to communicate with counsel of his own choosing;

(c) To be tried without undue delay;

(d) To be tried in his presence, and to defend himself in person or through legal assistance of his own choosing; to be informed, if he does not have legal assistance, of this right; and to have legal assistance assigned to him, in any case where the interests of justice so require, and without payment by him in any such case if he does not have sufficient means to pay for it;

(e) To examine, or have examined, the witnesses against him and to obtain the attendance and examination of witnesses on his behalf under the same conditions as witnesses against him;

(f) To have the free assistance of an interpreter if he cannot understand or speak the language used in court;

(g) Not to be compelled to testify against himself or to confess guilt.

4. In the case of juvenile persons, the procedure shall be such as will take account of their age and the desirability of promoting their rehabilitation.

5. Everyone convicted of a crime shall have the right to his conviction and sentence being reviewed by a higher tribunal according to law.

6. When a person has by a final decision been convicted of a criminal offence and when subsequently his conviction has been reversed or he has been pardoned on the ground that a new or newly discovered fact shows conclusively that there has been a miscarriage of justice, the person who has suffered punishment as a result of such conviction shall be compensated according to law, unless it is proved that the non-disclosure of the unknown fact in time is wholly or partly attributable to him.

7. No one shall be liable to be tried or punished again for an offence for which he has already been finally convicted or acquitted in accordance with the law and penal procedure of each country.

Article 15
1 . No one shall be held guilty of any criminal offence on account of any act or omission which did not constitute a criminal offence, under national or international law, at the time when it was committed. Nor shall a heavier penalty be imposed than the one that was applicable at the time when the criminal offence was committed. If, subsequent to the commission of the offence, provision is made by law for the imposition of the lighter penalty, the offender shall benefit thereby.

2. Nothing in this article shall prejudice the trial and punishment of any person for any act or omission which, at the time when it was committed, was criminal according to the general principles of law recognized by the community of nations.

Article 16
Everyone shall have the right to recognition everywhere as a person before the law.

Article 17 General comment on its implementation

1. No one shall be subjected to arbitrary or unlawful interference with his privacy, family, home or correspondence, nor to unlawful attacks on his honour and reputation.

2. Everyone has the right to the protection of the law against such interference or attacks.

Article 18 General comment on its implementation

1. Everyone shall have the right to freedom of thought, conscience and religion. This right shall include freedom to have or to adopt a religion or belief of his choice, and freedom, either individually or in community with others and in public or private, to manifest his religion or belief in worship, observance, practice and teaching.

2. No one shall be subject to coercion which would impair his freedom to have or to adopt a religion or belief of his choice.

3. Freedom to manifest one's religion or beliefs may be subject only to such limitations as are prescribed by law and are necessary to protect public safety, order, health, or morals or the fundamental rights and freedoms of others. 4. The States Parties to the present Covenant undertake to have respect for the liberty of parents and, when applicable, legal guardians to ensure the religious and moral education of their children in conformity with their own convictions.

Article 19 General comment on its implementation

1. Everyone shall have the right to hold opinions without interference.

2. Everyone shall have the right to freedom of expression; this right shall include freedom to seek, receive and impart information and ideas of all kinds, regardless of frontiers, either orally, in writing or in print, in the form of art, or through any other media of his choice.

3. The exercise of the rights provided for in paragraph 2 of this article carries with it special duties and responsibilities. It may therefore be subject to certain restrictions, but these shall only be such as are provided by law and are necessary:

(a) For respect of the rights or reputations of others;

(b) For the protection of national security or of public order (ordre public), or of public health or morals.

The gist on Mr Bricmont’s argument and logic starts with the intense hatred felt by the people’s of the Middle East for the US. Some quotes are:.
“But the level of hatred that leads a large number of people to applaud an event like September 11 is peculiar to the Middle East….

That much was understood by Americans leaders and infuriated them. Such a level of hatred calls for explanation…….

And there can be only one explanation: United States support for Israel.

Why is Israel so hated? The constant stalling of "peace plans" in favor of more settlements and more war aggravates that hatred, but the basic cause lies in the very principles on which that state is build. There are basically two arguments that have justified establishing the State of Israel in Palestine: one is that God gave that land to the Jews, and the other is the Holocaust. The first one is deeply insulting to people who are profoundly religious, like most Arabs, but of another creed. And, for the second, it amounts to making people pay for a crime that they did not commit”

He goes on: “(I am not arguing here in favour of « wiping Israel off the map », or in favor of a « one state solution » but simply underlining what seems to me to be the root and the depth of the problem. In fact, I am not arguing for any solution partly because none seems to me to be attainable in the short term, but, more fundamentally, because I do not think that outsiders to the Middle East should propose such solutions.)”

And he suggests:]

“What should the Left do? Well, simple: treat Israel as it did South Africa and attack the Lobby.”

Mr Bricmont may be correct as to “the root and depth of the problem”; those two arguments that justified the establishing of the State of Israel in Palestine.
But the outcome did not have to be as we are witnessing and have been witnessing.

Firstly, it is my understanding that the State of Israel was legally established under the prevailing international laws of the time. It is not the case of an illegal invasion. Hence the legality of Israel’s existence is secure. Correct me if I am in error.

Where I think things began to fall apart was that, not enough effort on the humanity side done when Israel was established or in the lead –up to its establishment. A much greater effort should have been made in appealing to the humanity of the Palestinians and Arabs, to allow these long suffering peoples of so many pogroms, a homeland where they can at last feel secure.

The Arab leaders, intelligentsia and as many ordinary folks as possible, should have been taken on tours of the concentration camps after WW11. They should have been educated about the history of European plight of the Jews. Promises on compensation, the proposed relationship between Jews and Arabs / Palestinians, should have been made and fastidiously kept, knowing that there will be rough spots , but the good faith is there.

So having made this point and understanding WHY things went wrong, there can be hope for a two state solution. In the years since Israel’s establishment, many external factors , now including religiosities , have played to exacerbate the situation.

If ALL parties keep their eyes on the goal of having modern civilized states, and having the relationships that exists among such states ( eg , say, the Scandinavian states) then, there is real hope for a solution.

At such time, or even before, it would be cathartic to admit to these errors, to even have a public pageant play that portrays the things that should have been done and that includes all the appropriate humanitarian reactions, befitting peoples with a real humanity.

As to why this all out effort was not made at the very beginning…? Maybe people back then were just not as professional as people are today. Well, at least, some people are today i.e. those government apparatchiks and leaders that use their thoroughness in a negative Machiavellian way.

Microwaves are EMF just like radio waves but of a different frequency. Officially, microwaves are of the range 1 GHz to 300 GHz which translates to a wavelength of 30 cm to 1 millimeter (mm) respectively.

I suspect they are capable of manipulating individual neurons or small compact groups of neurons. The diameter of a neuron is about 4mm. So microwaves of about 200 -300 GHz will just about have the wavelength of the same size of a neuron and thus can be used to “see” or resolve neurons.

For example, a microscope uses light (which is also EMF) with wavelength about 500nm and so a microscope can resolve objects down to the size of 100 – 200 nm. An electron microscope uses electrons with a wavelength of about 0.01 nm and so can resolve even smaller objects down to a size of about .5 nm

So we see the pattern: the wavelength and the object has to be of the same order of size. For the microwaves and neurons this is 1mm and 4mm respectively. This will do.

The next item in support of my “200 -300GHZ Microwave “Theory” ”is that, when the hurricane Ivan struck, under the tens of miles of thick cloud cover, they were still able inflict those so targeted with “vivid dreams”.

Microwaves above 300 GHz will be easily absorbed by the atmosphere [ see Wikipedia – Microwaves] then the atmosphere starts to allow through higher EMF in the infrared band and above, example light. These experiences with Iva's clouds indicate that the radiation used has to be beloww about 300GHz, if it is not infared. And infared has its own easily detectable problems ( for the users) such as heating and TV remotes. So I 'd say its microwaves about or below 300GHz

As to the physics of how they manipulate actual neurons this is what I think is happening: It is a phenomenon of physics that when a coherent source of EMF is sufficiently intense ( high energy per unit area) a strong electric field is produced . This electric field can then open or close sodium channels of the neurons switching them on or off as required. Then to make the whole system work to produce say a intelligible picture by exciting a particular region of your visual cortex, super massive supercomputing is required, as Dr Kilde stated. Do this to neuron in the visula cortex of the brain and you see images as when you dream. Do it to the auditory section , you hear "inner" voices, etc.

Then to "read" your mind and to have a feedback loop in monitoring what they are doing, a phased array anlysis of the weak return signal is used. Kind of like Doppler radar, but not quite.

They don't "read mind" using your electrical EEG signal as some think. Their microwave ( maser actually) is like a almost passive probe athat uses phased array analysis to decode the return microwave information. They could use the same system to read a DVD, and with the right software they could reconstruct at their end, the music on a audio cassett that is just laying around.The technology is like Wow! But look what they are doing with it!

Next is the matter of detecting those 200 – 300 GHz microwave. The microwaves used for cooking ( microwave ovens) is about 2.45 GHz. So detectors used for detecting microwave leakage from such ovens are likely not to work for what we want. Cell phones and wireless LANS use microwaves of these lower frequencies. So again they may not be of much use. You will have to actually build the equipment for these 200 – 300 GHz microwaves.

First, try sourcing military electronics manufactures who may have actual detectors for that frequency microwaves. These detectors may be “tunnel detectors” or “diode detectors” or some other type. Then you will have to design a circuit that will give you a signal ( a beep or sound) when those microwaves are detected by the detector. You can use the detectors to surround and shield the circuit, so before they can use their beam to manipulate or damage your circuit.[DempseyB8 a victim, said: “ ..the perps have played games with my electrical voltmeter”] I suspect they can “play” with the programming on your computer directly from (Langley?) going through those said satellites.

The only problem with the detector and circuit suggested is that they may “reach” the circuit before it has a chance to respond. So the circuit has to be simple, quick and foolproof. The detector causes something to physically fall etc… fortunately they can’t alter gravity. Not at yet anyway, but I’m sure they are working on it. And then you will need a 200 -300 GHz transmitter to test that everything does actually work. If you know someone or have contacts in an engineering firm, or in the Physics or Engineering department of a University, I am sure they will help you.

Theoretically they could/ may also be using infrared radiation. But Wikipedia says these can be detected using cheap digital cameras. The infrared will leave a bright white glow on the picture. I don’t think they are using any other form of exotic radiation. These are too hard to control. But the may be working on it.

Speaking of “working on it” let me say how I suspect this diabolical piece of technology came about. As Einstein said: “ Every thing has changed except Man himself” The technology itself is not diabolical, it is what Man ( politicians) have chosen to do with it that is diabolical. Instead of cell phones we could be having mind-to-mind communications. The secrets of artificial intelligence could have been mastered by now. Advances in neurology, neuro-psychiatry as a new branch of science… the list goes on; but we all know what they have consciously chosen to do: “Lets go for the power-trip power hegemony instead!!! The Constitution, International Laws & Conventions, classic human decency, be damned! Lets hit the "super freeway (highway)" to our Napoleonic dreams ”

This is how I suspect the “ super freeway” came about: Back in the late 1950’s to 1960’s they ( eg DARPA) was designing and building a new type of radar to detect and track any possible incoming Soviet nuclear warheads. They were called phased array radar and sites were built in Alaska ( that one I know about). The resolution of these radars is so great, that they could stay in Washington, say, and spot a golf ball over Seattle. Then someone got the “bright idea”: “ Hey, if we use microwaves instead , they are short enough, then with the resolution of those phased array technology we could stay in space and STILL “see” individual neurons.” And the rest is their history, and other peoples nightmares and shattered lives. Then Bush 41 being a former CIA head knew where all these technologies were buried, what they were being used to do and had a hell‘ava scheme for using it.

And how did all this come to me? I was waching this program on cable, someone speaking about the capabilies of the X-band radars. He mentioned the Seattle story. I already knew about those properties of lasers. My little mind just put 1+1 together, "That's how they do it!"

There is also the poassibility that the are using the above with even more advanced stuff called scalar electrtomagnetics. This one they don't even teach in college. You can have a Phd in Physics, and would have never heard of that topic. Speak about HIGHLY CLASSIFIED.

I can recall after hurricane Katrina I was watching a TV evangelists, a Pastor Smith I think, on Harvest TV saying how Bush had asked the Governor for authority to federalize the Louisiana National Guard and she had refused. Constitutional State Rights right back! The pastor was saying that this was a trial run that didn't quite work. So persistent are they, and coming right back again. Read..

I got the evangelist on tape (VCR no DVD) but my TV isn't working. Must be one of those low flying satellite again ( see DOSSIER).

Governors Bristle at Guard Proposal

CHARLESTON, S.C. - The nation's governors are closing ranks in opposition to a proposal in Congress that would let the president take control of the National Guard in emergencies without consent of governors.

The idea, spurred by the destruction and chaos that followed Hurricane Katrina's landfall in Louisiana and Mississippi, is part of a House-passed version of the National Defense Authorization Act. It has not yet been agreed to by the Senate.

The measure would remove the currently required consent of governors for the federalization of the Guard, which is shared between the individual states and the federal government.

"Federalization just for the sake of federalization makes no sense," said Gov. Kathleen Blanco of Louisiana, a Democrat who had rough relations with the Bush administration after the disaster last year. "You don't need federalization to get federal troops. ... Just making quick decisions can make things happen."
Gov. Mark Sanford of South Carolina, a Republican, said "a whole bunch of governors" were opposed to the idea after the proposed change was brought up in a private lunch meeting.

Some two dozen governors met in Charleston for three days of discussions at the annual summer gathering of the National Governors Association. The association's leaders sent a formal letter of opposition to House leaders last week.

The language in the House measure would let the president take control in case of "a serious natural or manmade disaster, accident, or catastrophe," according to the NGA.

"The idea of federalizing yet another function of government in America is a, the wrong direction, and b, counterproductive," Sanford said. "The system has worked quite well, notwithstanding what went wrong with Katrina."

Well, its about time we are having a discussion like this!

And folks, it doesn’t look good. With the present gang of leaders we have, including the Iranians…… we are in deep SH#@. People don’t seem to realize this or have come to terms with this.

These leaders, Iran included, are beholden to their political bases ,their agendas and notions. You want further evidence:

The administration must have known the eschatology of the Iranians from the transition period ( if they didn’t know before) The CIA could not have made such an oversight. And of course our dutiful “free” American corporate press, scratch that , corporate stenographers never gave the US/ Western public a heads-up on these aspects of the Iranian, having received no dictations to do so.

It seems to me , if your objective is a peaceful middle east, and you are armed with all this intel, then the prudent sequence of events would be; take the cosy-up of the Iranians in 2002, try to arrange a popular over throw of those clerics with their eschatology, ( there are clerics who want State/mosque separation), then democratize Iraq, and try to do it without “shock and awe”. Was this stupidity or worst yet intentional stupidity because these folks are beholden to…….

Then to make matters worst, they enter Iraq with all sort of religiosity perspective, Senators visiting ancient religious sites, not carrying plans to build civil society in Iraq, and then wonder why we are having a sectarian outcome there?

Yes folks, we are in deep stuff because of these literalists. Recall Chernobyl, Irish kids couldn’t drink local milk for how long.? It’s all our problem. WE have to take some hard look at out political leaderships.

THE IRANIAN FIASCO: A BUSH ADMIN STUPIDITY OR INTENTIONAL STUPIDITY

Let us assume the Bush Admin had all the intel . They knew the eschatology

Hence common sense tells you: that type eschatology and nukes is a bad mixture if peace is your real objective. In 2002 Iran made some overtures. The Bush Admin should have accepted Iran's overtures of 2002, get a smoothing-over going on, use its technology to ferment a secular coup d'etat, THEN do Iraq, and do it properly. There are mullahs in Iran who want a State-Mosque separation.

Why didn't the Bush Admin do it this way if they had the intel? I suspect Bush Admin was/is mesmerized by the AA. No, not Alcoholics Anonymous but Armageddon Anonymous. Conflict of interest, and AA won out. Or they could be just stupid, or both.

What to do now? Without a separation of state and religion coup d'etat in Iran , which some Mullahs want, we are in DEEP stuff. And now, that coup d'etat is much less likely to happen. Anyone anti-mullah will be branded as pro-Israeli/US. Still try for the coup d'etat and drop their AA stuff.

In fact, just as President Bush and his aides were making the case in 2004 and 2005 that Iran was moving rapidly to develop nuclear weapons, the American intelligence community found itself unable to provide the evidence to back up the administration's public arguments. On the heels of the CIA's failure to provide accurate pre-war intelligence on Iraq's alleged weapons of mass destruction, the agency was once again clueless in the Middle East. In the spring of 2005, in the wake of the CIA's Iranian disaster, Porter Goss, its new director, told President Bush in a White House briefing that the CIA really didn't know how close Iran was to becoming a nuclear power.
But it's worse than that. Deep in the bowels of the CIA, someone must be nervously, but very privately, wondering: "Whatever happened to those nuclear blueprints we gave to the Iranians?"

The story dates back to the Clinton administration and February 2000, when one frightened Russian scientist walked Vienna's winter streets. The Russian had good reason to be afraid. He was walking around Vienna with blueprints for a nuclear bomb.

To be precise, he was carrying technical designs for a TBA 480 high-voltage block, otherwise known as a "firing set", for a Russian-designed nuclear weapon. He held in his hands the knowledge needed to create a perfect implosion that could trigger a nuclear chain reaction inside a small spherical core. It was one of the greatest engineering secrets in the world, providing the solution to one of a handful of problems that separated nuclear powers such as the United States and Russia from rogue countries such as Iran that were desperate to join the nuclear club but had so far fallen short.

Several former CIA officials say that the theory behind Merlin - handing over tainted weapon designs to confound one of America's adversaries - is a trick that has been used many times in past operations, stretching back to the cold war. But in previous cases, such Trojan horse operations involved conventional weapons; none of the former officials had ever heard of the CIA attempting to conduct this kind of high-risk operation with designs for a nuclear bomb

After 214 years 1776 to 1989 the age of Individual Rights, Individual freedom, the era of Jeffersonian Democratic Principle of “We hold these Truth to be self evident…” came to a slick end; so slick that there was not the expected convulsion of a population outraged, at having 214 years of Freedom taken from them. And also coming to an end, was 45 years of struggling rule for the United Nation Convention on Human Rights; Civil and Political 1945 -1990.

Then under the Clinton Administration, events appeared to be more meandering at the time, but with 20/20 hindsight,, those interested can see the stage being set for stage II to follow.

The more intensely dark period started under Bush (43) specifically with the World Trade center “incident”. Also associated with Bush 43 are those organized criminal activities parts of which appear to be organized directly or indirectly from that Administration itself. A kind of ‘Goon squad” for the Administration. Then above these there is the illegal, immoral, unethical, unlawful activities of those government employees, under the legal direction of this Administration who engaged in these human rights violating activities involving these advanced technologies, and that are being done under the cover of programs that have been classified.

If you cannot prove it happened, and the weapons officially do not exist, then nothing really happened, did it?

``Freedom'' is an empty concept used for social control. You are free only to the extent that you do not, for any reason, step on the toes of any ``important'' people. You may not even know what you have done, and may never find out: The repressive machinery will kick into gear and your life will be ruined. You may even come to realize that a campaign of dirty tricks is being focused on you, but no one will believe you. Most people live boring (to others) lives that do not threaten the powerful, and therefore do not draw the attention of the repressive apparatus. Thus the myth of freedom is perpetuated, while you are labeled a paranoid kook. The rhetoric of freedom is at least useful in that it forces the repression into covert channels. The elite and powerful in the U.S. are effectively immune to law. The law is a tool to serve the ends of the powerful. Selective enforcement is the norm. Of course, the powerful have their own sets of laws they use to attack each other. Bad policies, based on misguided notions and a patronizing, pseudo-moralizing paternalism, produce disastrous consequences. The elite opinion-makers are not nearly as smart as they think they are. Their insular debates are frequently characterized by ignorance and outright stupidity. This tendency is heavily abetted by a forced conformity of belief. The price of mounting too strong a challenge to a ``politically powerful'' idea is ostracism and ridicule by their peers. Soon, testing ideas for political viability or against projected poll results becomes a substitute for critical thinking.
The mainstream press will not challenge -- and at times participates in -- outrageous governmental abuses. Watergate and the investigations of intelligence abuses in the mid-'70s were historical rarities. The press routinely cooperates in a conspiracy of silence -- even when innocent American lives are being destroyed and hideous crimes are being committed. The investigations of intelligence abuses in the '70s were also not especially effective. The investigators were completely outclassed by a group of professional liars, trained to subvert governments worldwide. The Cold War was still on, giving additional clout to the apologists for domestic crimes committed by our own forces. The ``intelligence community'' is well aware of the limited attention span of the American press, and repeatedly and effectively uses stonewalling, or worse, to escape any responsibility or accountability for its actions. The reforms of the '70s were subsequently largely reversed. We need a sustained, nonpartisan political consensus to clean out our nation's dirty secrets, give the domestic victims redress, punish the Cold War criminals, and start fresh without the baggage of secret, unacknowledged atrocities.

The ``ruling class'' elites typically respond positively only to the threat of losing their privileged positions or of violence. That is just how it is. It often takes a riot or other violent actions to even draw their passing notice. But then this violence -- often caused by their shameful neglect of gross injustice and intolerable conditions -- is used to justify increasing police and secret police powers. In their insulated cocoons, the elites pretend not to hear the cries of the disenfranchised -- after all, things like that do not happen in their neighborhoods. By definition, those people must have done something to deserve it.

There need not be any official, organized conspiracy. Conspiracies do occur regularly -- they have throughout history, and our time is no exception. But, for the individuals who are victimized by the system, it does not matter if it is an organized unit following orders or a system of well-understood winks and nods. Rule of law is clearly a joke in the U.S. today.

They blame it on ``rogues'' if they are caught, but knowledge goes straight up to the top. Even where some actions truly are the results of rogue agents, the coverups go straight to the top. Purposeful ignorance to maintain ``plausible deniability'' is no excuse or escape from culpability. The buck never stops...

The U.S. government is not the United States or America. Most Americans are decent people who would be appalled to know the dirty tricks their government carries out in their names. Unable or unwilling to accept the ruthless amorality of the power-hungry, they tend to believe whatever lies are sent their way. And unfortunately, as in any society, a significant minority of Americans are simply fascists. Excessive government secrecy has even destroyed the democratic accountability of our leaders to the people: Politicians can engage in, approve of, or willfully ignore covert operations, knowing their actions will never be revealed to the public. Amazingly, some members of Congressional intelligence committees are ``not cleared'' to even know details of the programs they must vote on. (These are our elected representatives being dictated to by a permanent, secret bureaucracy.) The public will never go to the voting booths knowing which of their leaders participated in domestic spying, political surveillance, and outright torture.

Some Final Words

These sorts of problems are not anything new in history. The weapons have changed, and the years have advanced, but human nature remains the same. Our institutions have ``learned'' only very slowly over this time. This does not mean we should simply pretend to be civilized while ignoring the barbarism around us. Especially when our government and basic principles of governance are at issue.

In this age of steadily advancing technology and surveillance capabilities it is increasingly important that our laws be fair, rational, and uniformly enforced. Technology will transform our society. We must work to ensure that it transforms us for the better, because it can also be used to create a police state such as the world has never seen. That may sound extreme, but it is the simple truth -- and one we do not want to discover too late.

Other points:

We need to teach people the crucial distinction between being personally opposed to some behavior and wanting to lock other human beings in cages for engaging in that behavior. Obvious as this point seems, it regularly disappears in ``learned'' debates. In the case of behaviors like murder, the loss of that distinction does not effectively make a difference. In other cases, though -- especially in the case of victimless ``crimes'' -- the distinction is extremely important.

When a single individual can now wreak terrible damage as a terrorist, it is increasingly important that we do not let anyone ``fall through the cracks.''
We must avoid entering into an escalating cycle of increasing police and secret police powers and violence by those who will not voluntarily give up their basic rights. (Was Jefferson a terrorist? What is the difference? Where is the line?) Pushing people too hard and too long will turn them into exactly what you were afraid of. Abusive covert agents love this, since it helps them justify their existence and their inflated budgets. They then innocently say ``I told you so'' about the violence they have in large measure created.

On this page I have discussed ideas in several different, though related, areas. I am not a !#$%. Tom Pain was no !#$%. I am passionate and enraged at what is happening in this the beginning of the 21st Century. The European Parliament is considering bans on such technology. They do not debate the hallucinations of !#$% in the EU Parliament. To those American "press" people who refuse to bring the US Gov. usage of that technology to light, it is fortunate that they were not around in the 1770's else there would be no USA, no "We hold these truths.." This must be the Revenge of the King Georges viz. the present one.

But then again I then remembered I had figured out why they are not doing this, assaulting the government on this technology. Its like J R R Tolkien's Lord of the Rings. Those satellites are probably in a low earth orbit and travel in rings around the earth, maximizing coverage. These are like the forbidden Ring (symbols or imagined actualities of power) And just like in the novel/movie everyone wants a go at it.

But this is where the analogy ends. The novel/movie had a Frodo to throw the ring back into the volcano. The present-day Frodo would have to have an A-sat ( anti-satellite missile) to shoot those satellites down. Or better yet a group of American or other civilized people standing on principle or just cause, can be the Frodo and bring that technology down legally.

We must all remember Anonymous who said something to the effect " Power corrupting and absolute power or even the thought of it corrupting..." How could anonymous have gotten so many things right so many times.

But no one out there is doing the job that needs to be done per the illegal tools of King George of America. The illegal NSA activities is just one such illegal tool. And the notion of a Matrix is not too far off. Did you know that the US Gov. and their Western "partners" and maybe even "free-floating " interests have, what I suspect are satellite-based technologies that can influence minds (neurons) and read minds?

Conflict with Iran: Inevitable or Avoidable? Close

The following is an email I sent to a fellow " the-world-can-actually-be- a- nice peaceful-productive-place-if we want-it-to-be-so” person. She wrote an article for an alternative ( i.e. true) media source, the gist of which was to say " Hey, the Iranian Mullahs aren't really seeking Nukes." Another with Physicians for Social Responsibility wrote to the effect that we just have to talk to the Iranians the correct way. The difficulty with such idealistic folks is to get them to see reality in a totally level-headed way. The unfortunate reality is that, those Iranian Mullahs ARE seeking the nukes, they have an agenda, they are not to be trusted. The following are excerpts from the email:

As a serious critic, intellectual and otherwise, of that Neocon Gang, please maintain this standard by being objective and realistic in your analysis. I suspect your audience is very educated and has no real difficulty sifting through the finer points of grey in an issue ( I certainly don’t). So far, this pebble-bed alternative is wishful thinking; it has not acted to thwart Bush. Can anyone talk the Mullahs out of their strategy? When you see that they are just “religious” mirror image ideologues of many here in the West, (religious is in quotations because religion is not supposed to make one a social destructive war monger), trying to talk or shame the Mullahs out of their path might not seem realistic.

Taking all these together I say we have a problem. But what is the way out? It might depend on many factors. It might depend on how quickly there can be an Israeli-Palestinian peace deal. The Mullahs would have less legitimacy in eyes of other Arabs to interject themselves. It would depend on the dynamics of the political development in Iran; can the younger more moderates make a comeback. Can the Bush neocons and their worldwide clique not make a mess of this situation.? I don’t think so. They do not have the commitment to human life and development that is required.

Some have even suggested think through them eventually acquiring such weapons in light of the other developments .With those developments done the creative possibilities are many. A nuclear-free zone in the Middle East with verification for ALL? Many of you “serious” analysts call the gang simply Neocons then refuse to consider the Skull & Bones, Bilderberg and other Conspiracy Theory aspects to that Gang. I would not recommend this. There are many things that I have now started to look at differently in light of these CTs. For example, any records of who was seeing the Ayatolla Khomeni when he was in exile?? Any known CT participants? There could be all sorts of angles going on here, so it would be the job of us "peace-loving" folks, to try and influence “the players” for a peaceful life affirming outcome, while still being level-headed about these fellow human beings who are running so many of our governments on the planet.

What might some of these other developments be?
a) How quickly The Israeli Government might hammer out a legitimate peace

Hence pointing a finger at Israel's nuclear forces and saying then that the Iranian's have right to theirs, is not an answer. We peace-loving folks ( and others) have to take these Iranian Mullahs very seriously.

What we have here is the proverbial three-sided box. Israel-Hamas won't budge, the Iranians are plotting and Bush is aiming. The key to getting out of this box is to send the Mullahs packing without playing into their hands.

First we have to set, or more precisely re-set, the global tone in regards to nuclear weapons. Yes nuclear weapons are not good things, they are the unfortunate consequence of WWII. Yes we the nuclear-club consequence of WWII will be taking even more vigorous and public measures to reduce our arsenals. Yes we can envision a day when these weapons are minimal and under strict international inputs. And yes, nuclear weapons are not status symbols required in the normal role of nation states.

We have to acknowledge that we, the major life form on this planet, have made a lot of social progress especially since WWII, and that this progress can continue. It is the normal way of things. With wise choices we do not have to condemn ourselves to futures of perpetual warfare.

With this set we can simultaneously tackle the nuclear issue on the Indian sub-continent. It was precisely that tone that allowed us to have a South-America that is a nuclear-free. [Incidentally , I just read for the first time, the history behind the issue on the sub-continent. I can’t believe that because of ego-driven issues and others, a completely solvable problem like that was allowed to escalate to the point of requiring nukes. A lesson to be learnt by all about the treachery that is/can be ego. One must admire the quite wisdom of the American Founding Fathers who had an informal selection system for President, that tried to exclude the vain and the ego-driven. As a planter-statesman, you were suppose to do your good innings, be a good vassal for the state, then return back to your farm. Except now the state is now this one planet we all occupy.]

I sent the same writer another idea of the Israel-Hamas impasse:

“I have an idea about a way out of the present stalemate with Hamas. They want a state , all the major parties say the same thing. But, I suspect because of ego-positioning, and fear of loosing a tool with which to pressure Israel, they Hamas, won't come off the dime.

[ Are pressure tools a legitimate concern? I would say yes. I would not go out on a limb to say that any of these folks in any of these governments are boy/girl scouts angels. That would be like going out on a fig leaf. Bound to fall off. Right?]

So in exchange for getting of the dime, the EU supply them with some pressure tools e.g. seats on some trade council with Israel that can apply sanction on EU-Israeli trade. Something creative like that, while at the same time find ways to fund the Palestinian people through NGOs, and spreading some social words on recognizing Israel's right to exist and the non-use of violence should there be a referendum on this issue as Hamas has stated. A carrot and stick approach all round.

Remember there are many out there gunning for a conflict, so we should place and spin these balloons out there so that at the end of the day no-one can say they did not have legitimate alternatives.

As to the PA and their restoration, maybe they may place some Arabs for some of those successful Gulf state [Bahrain?] in key financial position so that the Palestinian people can have confidence that the corruption will or has stopped.”

The other side of getting out of the box is to then give a good hard push at internal revolt within Iran using their internal “contras” to pull a term from the not so distant history. At the same time realizing ewe are working against a plotting, intelligent moving target.

And if all this is not working ideally we it to be legitimately clear, that they the Iranian Mullahs, are the ones who physically started it. And if this still does not work we may just have to shoot-the-breeze, doing it as carefully as we can covering all the angles.

Without more detailed information and technical assets I would say this alternate approach looks “ do-able” to usurp a phrase from Dick Chaney. That is what he is reported to have said when asked by a Saudi foreign minister, “Why Iraq ?“ But the do-able I’m giving is not just about counting planes, bombs and tanks, but importantly is also about understanding the human dynamics of it all.
